5 year old Giuliano Stroe has six-pack abs

You will be surprised that there is now a 5 year old young boy from Romania named Giuliano Stroe, a weightlifter, has six-pack abs. That’s a total shock right? He is also in the Guinness Book of World Records for being the fastest ever to complete a 10-meter walk with a weight ball between the legs. It is so unusual for us to see younger kids like him who is so physically fit but is he really fitted to have such kind of body at his young age?

Oh no. I think he looks creepy. Ugh.
I don’t think it’s a good idea to force himself to having that 6-pack abs. He’s too young!

I just ask the same question. child need to develop their body gradually. But in some rural areas children are force to work in the field and stone crashing. Their growth childhood is jeopardize.

Honestly, good for him. Muscle is muscle, and as far as I’m concerned he could be the healthiest 5 year old alive. Muscle development is important for joint health, lower back support, and overall ease of movement in the skeletal system. That applies to children as well as adults, and would only aid his transition into puberty, young adulthood, every stage of life for that matter. As long as this kid is working out safely with good form, keeping his back straight, etc., there should be no reason why he’s in any long-term danger.
And anyway, you DO have to consider a golden rule when observing this photo: he’s flexing. He’s probably a very healthy, normal looking little boy when he’s relaxed.
