Laing, A student from Sheffield Hallam University was photographed urinating from War Memorial in London is now  facing charges due to his “disgusting act.” He admitted that he was the person in the said picture . He said that he was very drunk then. He was realeased on bail and the next hearing will be on November 26,2009.
