A 39-year old man saved by his belt. He was fired at Sunday evening While driving at Central Pennsylvania.The bullets struck his car and one passed into cabin, hitting his belt before stopping. Lancaster police Lt. Todd Umstead said that the victim was not hurt. The investigation is continuing but one major problem is; the unidentified victim has not been cooperative.
