Soldier's mom sues postal office over letter marked deceased

A soldier’s mom named Joan Najbar from Minnesota is suing federal government after returning the letter she mailed to her son in Iraq with the word “DECEASED” stamped on the evelope. But a day later she was able to find out through the Red Cross that her son is alive. She is suing the postal office for more than $50,000 for emotional distress.

man robbed of $2 million bank withdrawal by three masked gunmen

A 50 year-old man with its surname Tsai, was robbed by three masked gunmen in the southern city of tainan,Taiwan after his bank withdrawal worth of more than $2 million (T$77 million). This is the highest-value robbery ever been reported in history. Police are still investigating and looking for the three masked gunmen. They already advised the taiwanese citizens to be more vigilant.

uninvited couple attended a state dinner at the White House

A Virginia couple named Michaele and Tareq Salahi slips though security to crash a state dinner at the White House Washington D.C . The couple were able to attend the state dinner even though they were not included on the guests list . The  incident got discovered when the couple posted on Facebook their photos with Vice President Joe Biden and some other staffs. The couple may face a potential trespassing charge.

Man got arrested after making false 911 call

A 29 year-old Joshua Basso from Tampa FLorida got arrested after calling 911 asking for sex. He told the 911 dispatcher if she could come to his house. He called 911 for four more times and 911 decided to find him and arrested him for making false 911 call. Basso was arrested before in 2001 for committing other crimes like theft.

Japanese pop star Noriko Sakai admits drug use

Japanese pop star turned to actress, Noriko Sakai who has been well-known in the year 1990s, admits habitual drug use. She was encouraged by her surfer husband Yuichi Takaso, 41, to take drugs and used it every month. The sentencing of Sakai is scheduled on November 9,2009.

Baby fell onto the train track infront of the upcoming train

In Melbourne Australia, a 6 months old baby boy together with his stroller  fell onto train track infront of the upcoming train.  The baby’s mother accidentally let go the stroller with her baby, it was too late when she realized that the stroller was still rolling and fell into the ground. Miraculously, the baby is alive and just suffered minor injuries.
