A 36-year-old man from Sheybogan, Wisconsin named Daniel L. Shilts Jr. was arrested after urinating on a police officer during his fifth drunken-driving. He was sentenced for 1 year imprisonment. He was also fined about $3,600 and had his driver’s license revoked for three years
